Couldn't agree more, the more conversions, the more chance of trouble.

Vista: Very Instable System That Appals
( yes I hate MS. ever since Windows crashed whilst booting up...)
(And lost me plenty of Words files by ruining the FAT on the floppy. Irretrievable loss of many short stories.)
(And telling me it will autosave every minute, then it turns out nothing was saved when crashed once more, hours of work gone.)

After DOS became windows, someone should have shot him.
Stil run a very old planetarium (shareware from 1989) on DOS 6.2, never a problem. (until the update was for Windows...)
