I was on my hols on the 12th and happened to be the only clear night(and haven't had one since!). Saw about 10-15 in roughly hour n half. One was more like a fireball with a greenish tinge to it, took my breath away. Most of the night i was sitting on a sunlounger taking in the vast amount i could see so i'm afraid my attention was drawn away. Living just outside of London doesn't give me the best views so had to make up for it while i was there. Best bit was i could hear the sea, very relaxing, while looking at Andromeda, doulble cluster and the Milky way with my bins.
All were visable with the naked eye aswell which really did make my night, NEVER see that where i live.
